You might think that if you have a good product, it will sell. Well, of course that’s one selling point. But you have to remember that your company will be more profitable if you know how to give good service.

In this infograph, you will see how good customer service can change your company. You might want to give your employees seminars on how they should please a prospect.

This is very helpful. Numbers are presented to give the readers a quick gist about the topic. At first, you will see the effects of bad customer service. It could make your business dead. Aside from that, it gives us the ‘definition’ of a bad and good service. That way, you can adjust your company’s customer service program, if there is any. Or, you can make a good one using the infograph.

And for the design, I wouldn’t say that it’s really nice. Pink is a good color but it reminds me of girly stuffs. I believe that they should have used more strong colors to depict corporate or business.

All in all, this is ok. Fair enough, I should say.
