This infograph is interesting. We will be able to know that sexiness is really subjective. Why do I say so? If you will notice, there are different ‘epitomes’ for that perfect body, decade after decade, except for the 1990s and 2000s which has Kate Moss in both decades.

Let’s admit. Most of the females of today are trying to starve themselves to achieve that ‘perfect’ body, a body which wasn’t considered sexy decades ago. Thinking about it, media plays a big role in one’s ideals. They will show a woman, even if it is unhealthy looking, and will broadcast that it is the ‘in’ thing. I’m not against thin women. After all, there are some people who have those genes. What I’m not after is the fact that girls would choose to vomit their foods in order to look thinner. In all angles, I think that it’s wrong.

An infograph like this is telling us that you are sexy! It doesn’t matter if you have that voluptuous built or if you are skinny. It’s just sometimes, we live in a decade when ‘sexiness’ is described differently.

I also love the fact that they were able to use the iconic women for different decades. It was much easier to compare with images. The prediction at the last part is the same with mine’s. I believe that in the coming years, women with fuller shaped bodies will be the trend. No, I’m not saying that eat junk food and unhealthy stuffs just in preparation for the next decade. What I still believe in, is that brains and personality are sexier than physique.

And with those changes, Marisota, a great online fashion retailer, has different options of dresses for all body types. Check out their store and look and feel sexy whatever body type you have.
