Most parents wonder why their kids don’t go out like they used to. Well, the answer is really simple. With the birth of social media, a lot of kids are engaging themselves to those. If you will notice, teens are using facebook, twitter and all the social media sites. As adults, do we have an idea what they think about teen’s digital lives?

Going back, it’s good to know that social media has made teens feel better. Perhaps, they feel more involved. But some believe that meeting your friends in person are better. Well, there’s no doubt about it.

Seeing that social media has a good and bad side, it is apparent to say that as parents, we have to teach our kids to balance their computer usage. Let’s say, you give them 1 hour a day. At least with that, they will be forced to do other things like sports.

This is an infograph that I would recommend to parents. I want them to know the pros and cons of social media. It is a must to know that it has affected a lot of our teens today. And some teens are affected in the negative way. Hence, you have to observe and to act whenever needed.
