What can we say about the content of this infograph?

The figures tell us that men still dominate the corporate or the business world. But it also tells us that women have the capacity to become a frontrunner in that very competitive world. Perhaps, the reason for a lower rate is that before, only men are allowed to work. Women are basically left at their homes. But if the history was different and women were allowed to be in the corporate arena, the statistics would be different.

It’s good that they have included the percentage of women entrepreneurs in Ghana. Who would have thought that males can be outnumbered in that country? That simply means, the tables can be turned.

Additional comments:

My suggestion for this is that they could include the industry where women are heads in the company. And it would be better if they gave some tips on how women can reach the executive positions. Tips and practical advices would do good as well.
