I have seen my friends starving themselves the whole day thinking that it is effective to shed off the extra pounds. Well, this graph will prove them wrong.

I’m actually impressed by this infograph. At first, it shows actual figures. From there, you can easily assess that most Americans don’t have a good eating habit.  You can learn a lot from this because they have given the importance of breakfast in one’s health. Not only that, they have included the consequences of not eating the first meal. I guess a lot of people will be starting to eat their breakfast from now on.

 

If you are working or if you are a student, it is necessary that you eat breakfast. Thanks to the infograph, more and more people will be healthier.
