Some bosses think that working from home isn’t effective. They believe that they need to see their employees to ensure that they are efficient. However, some studies show a different result.

I believe that the study is true. I’m working from home too. And to be honest, I’m more efficient now.

In a real office setting, you have no choice but to work. You’ll sit in front of your computer for more than 8 hours. But that doesn’t mean that you are doing your work. Most of the employees are looking for ways on how they can kill time. Some are just deleting their email messages. Some are clearing up their desktops. And some are pretending they are doing something. I guess they feel so constrained, that’s why they can’t work properly. No one would like to be guarded at all times, right?

At home, you’ll feel more relaxed. With that, you can think properly. You will be able to produce better results.

So for employers out there, you might want to consider changing your office’s set up. That’s a good idea because you are going to save a lot of rental costs.
