I thought that Google is just a model for those who would like to be successful in having their own search engine. However, when I saw this infograph, I can say that what they feed to their employees should inspire other employers. For now, I believe that what I’m saying is a bit vague. So what are you waiting for? Read the infograph and see how logical the Google system is when it comes to influencing their employees’ diet decisions.

I would highly recommend this graph. All HR Managers should be able to make their own ‘influencing’ patterns. Actually, I wouldn’t say that it’s going to be easy. You need to do your research too. After all, it’s psychology that we are talking about.

Yes, it can be a tedious a job. But if you are going to learn the long term effects of this, it can be very rewarding for the whole company.
